What is included in the virtual tour service?
Our virtual tours are included as standard with all property listings. We create 360° immersive tours that allow potential buyers and tenants to explore properties remotely. This technology has proven particularly valuable, enabling efficient property viewings and reaching a wider audience.
What are the different service packages available?
We offer two main packages: OMEETO Agency (owner undertakes viewings with our negotiation support), and Agency Pro (full marketing, viewings, and negotiations handled by us).
How do you market commercial properties?
We use a comprehensive marketing strategy including listings on all leading property portals, social media campaigns, direct contact with our extensive database of property contacts, investors, occupiers and fellow agents. We also provide quality photographs, drone images, virtual tours, and dedicated data rooms.
What types of commercial property do you handle?
We handle all commercial and income-generating properties including offices, retail units, industrial facilities, warehouses, and development land. We also deal with residential land and apartment blocks for investment purposes. We don't handle individual residential houses.
Do you provide property valuations?
While we are not registered valuers, we provide expert market appraisals and work jointly with RICS and FRICS qualified chartered surveyors for formal valuations. We offer free initial consultations to discuss your property's market position.
What happens after heads of terms are agreed?
Once heads of terms are agreed, we provide clear documentation including landlord/tenant details, property definition, lease terms, responsibilities, permitted use, break clauses, and rent review provisions. This is then passed to solicitors to draft the formal lease or sale contract.
