We shall then circulate a site or property search on your behalf to our extensive network of property professionals, commercial agents, land owners, land promotors and contacts. This often yields off market or pre-market options. 

We shall keep your requirement fresh and advise of opportunities as we become aware of them. We shall only act for a limited number of developers or investors to avoid potential conflicts. 

We liaise with the seller or their agent to establish their marketing strategy, timeline and price expectations. We present your offer to give it the best chance of acceptance and seek offer feedback where possible.  

This is a paid for service with fees typically being 1% of the eventual purchase price, or if you would prefer we can operate on a fixed fee. Please contact us for a quote.
