Chambers Smith Financial Planning take impressive offices at Oaklands, 5 Lamps, Derby

Having acquired the highly regarded Professional Finance Centre (East Midlands) in 2018, Daniel Smith re branded the practice www.chambers-smith.co.uk and made enquiries with commercial property agent Chris Wright about the prospect of relocating.

At the time a number of property options were discussed and a first-floor suite at Oaklands on Duffield Road was the preferred option.  Oaklands boasted everything an expanding Financial Services firm could ask for; fully refurbished, profile building, impressive entrance and what has got to be one of the best boardrooms in Derby.

Despite the property’s merits Dan and his wife Georgie had a baby on the way so rightly decided to put the office relocation on hold and the first-floor suite was soon taken up.

Purely by chance on the day Dan decided to reconsider moving offices, a new, larger ground floor suite at Oaklands had been launched by www.omeeto.co.uk. Not wanting to miss the space second time around Dan immediately contacted the marketing agent to book a viewing, agreeing a deal same day.
