We offer two main packages: OMEETO Ltd Agency (owner undertakes viewings with our negotiation support), and Agency Pro (full marketing, viewings, and negotiations handled by us).

We use a comprehensive marketing strategy including listings on all leading property portals, social media campaigns, direct contact with our extensive database of property contacts, investors, occupiers and fellow agents. We also provide quality photographs, drone images, virtual tours, and dedicated data rooms.

We handle all commercial and income-generating properties including offices, retail units, industrial facilities, warehouses, and development land. We also deal with residential land and apartment blocks for investment purposes. We don't handle individual residential houses.

While we are not registered valuers, we can offer initial consultations to discuss your property's market position and we can provide market apprisal letters.  Should you require a Redbook Valuation, we work jointly with RICS and FRICS qualified chartered surveyors.

Once heads of terms are agreed, we provide clear documentation including landlord/tenant details, property definition, lease terms, responsibilities, permitted use, break clauses, and rent review provisions. This is then passed to solicitors to draft the formal lease or sale contract.

Timelines vary by property type, location and asking rent, but with strong marketing most well-presented industrial or office units in the East Midlands generate serious interest within 4–12 weeks. Vacant units in strong locations with competitive rents and good virtual tours often move faster.

A data room is a online folder where we can store plans, EPCs, reports, title documents, planning documents and certificates. Prospective tenants or buyers can review everything before a viewing. This speeds up the process, reduces wasted viewings and shows you are a professional landlord or seller.

Traditional agents often rely mainly on portal listings and physical viewings.
