Liz Wightman is the Office Manager and dedicated point of contact for key properties managed by OMEETO in the Beeston, Nottinghamshire area. With a hands-on role in commercial property marketing, Liz oversees the full letting process for a significant portfolio of high-quality commercial spaces across key locations:

This includes sourcing and securing new tenants, negotiating and managing licence agreements, handling renewals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for landlords and tenants alike. Her proactive and client-focused approach helps deliver high occupancy rates and excellent landlord-tenant relationships.

Before joining OMEETO, Liz built a strong foundation in customer service and account management. For over seven years, she worked as a Key Account Manager for a leading Private Medical Insurance broker, managing a portfolio of more than 500 clients. She specialised in complex renewals, comprehensive market reviews, and delivering exceptional ongoing service. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade as a Production Co-ordinator at a small design and production agency, where she managed projects end-to-end; from initial brief through to successful delivery.

Liz brings this wealth of organisational expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to the commercial property sector. She is passionate about supporting businesses in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire by helping them find the right commercial premises or maximising the performance of their investment properties.

As part of the award-winning OMEETO team — a technology-led commercial property agency specialising in sales, lettings, and investment across Nottingham and Derby — Liz combines traditional relationship-building skills with modern, efficient processes to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys yoga, long dog walks ideally in The Peak District, touring the UK with the family in their touring caravan.
