A growing venue dressing business has secured a new home in Cheadle in a deal secured by commercial property advisor OMEETO on behalf of Ashbourne-based property developers PMW Property.
Venue Perfection offers a bespoke venue dressing service for wedding and party organisers and have opened a showroom by invitation only in the Market Place in Cheadle as part of their expansion plans.
Owner Beth Arthur, an experienced event and hospitality manager, bought the business from the founder in early January 2022 and immediately started looking for premises.
As part of her expansion plans, she wanted to set up a showroom to display the wide range of accessories available for wedding and party venues across the county.
She said: “We offer a bespoke service for a wide range of events and are recommended by several high quality venues across Staffordshire.
“This studio was perfect for me to set up a showroom so that customers can come and see for themselves all the accessories we have available from table linens to stationery.
“Having found the details online, I was able to see the premises straight away and I knew instantly that they were ideal.
“Working with Chloe at OMEETO and Victoria at PMW Property has been seamless and pain free which is very important to a busy, growing business.
“We are already fully booked for 2022 with 180 weddings and celebration events and we are already taking bookings for as far ahead as 2025.
“Opening our premises is therefore an important milestone for the business and I will be looking to expand the team in the coming months.”
