Established in 1999, Nottingham based Real Edge Ltd offer tailor made branding, design and digital marketing solutions for businesses.

The firm are retained by a number of profile clients in the UK and across Europe, such as Harris decorating tool and Fiskars gardening products. Having been awarded a string of new contracts throughout 2020, Real Edge made a lock down decision to seek new improved offices suitable for a leading creative industries agency.

Helen Roberts of Real Edge contacted commercial property marketing agency OMEETO Ltd with details of their requirement. Although a suitable office was not immediately available, property agent Chris Wright had recently visited a converted chapel, Main Street in Kimberley. This provided a large open plan office with a high, vaulted timber roof, perfect for creativity.

Viewing the property for the first time, mid-September Real Edge MD, Tim Hubbard, instantly saw the merits of the property and agreed an off-market deal completing on a new 5 year lease in November.
