Office letting sees DVSA driving Theory Test Centre relocate to Pride Park offices. Derby-based commercial property agents OMEETO have successfully secured new tenants for 1,734 sq ft of self-contained ground floor offices at 3 Mallard Way, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8GX.
The ground-floor offices have been leased and will see a Driving Theory Test centre open at 3 Mallard Way, Pride Park, DE24 8GX.
OMEETO director Chris Wright secured the deal on behalf of building owner Kavita Oberoi who has a network of serviced offices with administrative support and self-contained commercial properties across the Oberio Business Hub based on Pride Park.
He explained: “The deadlines for securing office accommodation for the tenant were time-critical due to the new contract.
“Initial viewings were requested in the lead up to Christmas and considering the nature of the potential covenant we ensured the tenants were able to view the shortlisted properties on our books within their required time frame.
“The quality of office accommodation, established infrastructure and ease of access continues to make Pride Park a location of choice for businesses and organisations looking to relocate and particularly to grow their business.
“We are delighted to have secured this deal for Oberoi Business Hub and look forward to continuing our business relationship with Kavita Oberoi and her team.”
